According to urban legend, the Queen of Spades is an ancient entity that can only be summoned by drawing a door and staircase on a mirror in the darkness and saying her name three times. Once summoned, she drives those who see her to madness or death. In this horror-thriller, four teenagers decide to roll the dice and call upon the Queen of Spades as a joke, however when one of the group dies, they realise they have gotten themselves into something far more sinister than they realised.
