The film begins as a typical detective thriller with a serial killer on the loose but develops into an in-depth, but tense psychological study of a relationship between a street kid, Chuma and a seasoned cop, Hanin. An orphaned teenager Chuma is about to be sent to a colony for young delinquents for her involvement in petty street crimes in the company of other street urchins. Hanin however has other plans for trapping a serial killer whose victims are teenage girls. He offers Chuma freedom if she agrees to become a decoy in this trap. Little does he know that he will have to contend with the torrent of a disturbed young girl’s emotions and expose his girlfriend to danger as well. Apart from keeping viewers on the edge of their seat, the film has a touching element as we observe and warm to young Chuma striving for a sense of belonging.
